Our client is an innovative leader that designs, tests, manufactures and installs windows and doors.


Position Scope:


We are seeking a confident, outgoing Trade Sales Consultant who is self-disciplined and enjoys a challenge. Our client provides independence and an exciting, fast paced, and fun work environment. We look for you to provide a competitive drive, outgoing nature, and the will to be the best Trade Sales Consultant in the industry for the Toronto East territory (427 - Coburg).


Responsibilities:


  • Building the company brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions.
  • Consistently achieving individual sales goals through our selling model throughout all product offerings.
  • Providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, and trade organizations.
  • Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs.
  • Continually striving for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.

Required Skills and Knowledge:


  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of a measurable contribution to the success of an organization.
  • Ability to listen and react to customer questions and requests in a proactive manner.
  • Ability to adhere and build a company brand.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
  • Self-starting individual with excellent time management skills.
  • A proven track record of superior customer service and sales accomplishment.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with trade sales in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license.
